• Have a U.S. mailing address and phone number

• Have a credit profile free of active fraud alerts or freezes

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Purchase & Payment

Payments are non-refundable once processing has begun. All transactions are final unless otherwise authorized in writing by Wefund LLC.

5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or financial outcomes. Results vary based on each client’s unique credit history and the reporting behavior of credit bureaus.

Timeframes for tradeline posting typically range from 30 to 60 days, depending on statement dates and bureau processing.

6. Documentation Requirements

Clients must submit the following within 5 business days of purchase:

• Copy of valid government-issued ID

• Social Security card or number verification

• Proof of current U.S. address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

Failure to submit documentation may result in service delays or cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wefund LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to credit bureau delays, lender decisions, or financial losses.

8. Privacy

All personal information submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, branding, and designs — is the intellectual property of Wefund LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Governing Law
